Parking Tickets on a Dead Man's Van

I was reading this story. And it just goes to show how stupid police officers truly are. So in New York City there was this a minivan while police repeatedly left parking tickets on the vehicle... apparently weeks later when this girl Jennifer Morales couldn't find her dad, she did some investigating. Her father, George Morales, died of a heart attack, and has been in that car since early May. She said she had contacted police, but police say they have no report on record. A city marshal found the body of George Morales on Wednesday while trying to tow the minivan from beneath the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway overpass. Parking tickets and dust covered the vehicle. That's just wrong. No one should ever have to experience the loss of a loved one is this way. And the dumb as a rock poleezy couldn't even use their nosy behinds to peep inside the car and see if there was someone there... such a shame. *smh.
