Wyclef Jean is to be awarded by Harvard University’s Havard Foundation during its Cultural Rhythms ceremony. They are commemorating the achievements of his music and how it has changed the world. A member of the Harvard Foundations says, “His contributions to music and distinguished history of creativity have been appreciated by people throughout the world…He is admired worldwide for his humanitarian efforts on behalf of the people of Haiti.” In all honesty, if Haiti wasn't hit with an earthquake Harvard wouldn't give a darn, and not only that, they're completely ignoring the fact that he has been filtering some of the money to pay his ex-wife (read about that here). #trifling.
