Beyonce Wants To Design Your House

Word on the street is Beyonce wants her House of Dereon brand to design home furnishings... according to her reps, she wants to "capatalize on the brand's success"... Are we talking about the same brand? I didn't know Dereon was THAT successful... Beyonce and her mom Tina, who co-founded the company, are planning to launch a range of homeware - with items for sale set to include sheets and pillowcases.

In a statement, Tina Knowles says, "Both Beyonce and I are huge fans of home furnishings and try to stay on top of this ever-changing market. As someone who has also realised many interior-design projects, I am so excited to expand our House of Dereon and Dereon brands in this category. The thought that we would have something to do in brightening up someone's home, especially bedrooms, is truly wonderful."

FAMU Sex Tape...

Last night word on the street was that girls from FAMU (Florida A & M University), had a sex tape of a group session released unbeknown to them... The video spread like a disease. There were rumors of the girls pressing charges because the video was released and they had no idea they were being filmed... well, I watched part of it, and from the camera movement, I am sure that they are aware they were being recorded. First and foremost, I have friends at FAMU, and these girls do not attend that university. The beds are real beds, and the walls are too white, this is NOT FAMU.... Secondly, the tape isn't all that. Way too much hype around it. Thirdly, with all the people interested in watching this tape, these cats could have made tuition/baller money off of it, but feel free to download at your own risk. Big Ups To All Saint Haters.... #WhoDat!!!!

I have never seen such pride and zeal when rooting for the underdog. The Super Bowl was a good game! The first half, my faith was shaking, because I didn't think the Saints would pull through, but they did in the end. 31 to 17, AMAZING!

The Birthday Presents Begin...

My birthday is on Monday (the 4th), and the presents have already begun to stream in... well, not necessarily "stream" but I got my first one today! ...So, I woke up this morning and a male friend of mine, called me and told me to get dressed; he'd be over in 15min. Before I could ask, "where are we going?", he had hung up the phone... Dragging my feet, I got dressed. Hopped in the whip, we took a little ride to the mall, went to Macys. He walked me to the watch counter, where they kept the G-shocks, and he said, "Pick one."... I started to protest, but the decision was final. He said this was for my birthday... So, I chose the all black with green highlights, [its a G-Shock watch by CASIO]. He totally made my day. =*]

Last Minute Stocking Stuffers

Its Christmas Eve and I'm realizing that I really haven't bought everyone Christmas presents yet... Well, there are a few people that I simply didn't know what to get them... So I have compiled a list of stuff that I can pick up at my local Target or Walmart, and "stuff their stocking"... CD(s) are a fail safe idea. A couple cds on top of the hotness chart are the Alicia Keys and Robin Thicke cd. Both definitely worth the purchase... Candy(ies), especially chocolate. Make a lil basket of candy, big pieces, little pieces, all sorts of pieces... it lets the person know you don't think they're fat, but you think they're sweet.
Gift Card(s).. the new visa gift cards, aka gift cards that you can use anywhere, are just as good as cash, but they say "I went out of my way to get you this"... lol..

WTHeck?! Parents Sex-educate Your Kids PLEASE?!

I saw this video on BlogXilla, and I must say, this video is exactly why parents MUST talk to their kids about sex. Sex education is the only way we can prevent stupidity like this from occuring in high schools. At first I thought they were joking, and obviously whoever was filming was in on the joke, BUT, who knows what went on to take place after the camera shut off. *smh
