Rihanna Speaks On Being Skinny & Her Personal Trainer

Just the other day Rihanna was urging young girls not to start these drastic diets, and that a size zero was not realistic and not healthy.
She told You Magazine, "You shouldn't be pressured into trying to be thin by the fashion industry, because they only want models that are like human mannequins. They know that if we see an outfit on a mannequin in a shop window we will love it and want to buy it whatever size we are. That's why they have size zero models - they want to sell clothes. You have to remember that it's not practical or possible for an everyday woman to look like that. Being size zero is a career in itself so we shouldn't try and be like them. It's not realistic and it's not healthy."
About 2 days later, Rihanna files a counter-suit against her former personal trainer Cindy Percival. Cindy is suing Rihanna for $26,144.14 worth of unpaid wages from 2009, but Rihanna is saying that she gave Cindy more than 24K up front, and that she never got that money returned when she fired her. If you're like me you're probably wondering why the personal training fee is so high... Well, Cindy's "exclusive personal training services" include traveling with Rihanna while she's on tour, and was a stipend of $1,500 a day. Someone tell Rihanna that Bally Total Fitness has trainers for $150 a month. GIRL, save your monies.
