Chris Brown & Usher Steam It Up In Jamaica

Chris Brown and Usher were two of many celebrities who performed down in Jamaica fro their Summer Fest (SumFest). They were joined on stage by, Jamaica's own, Elephant Man. This is just a little clip of Chris Brown renditioning "Brown Skinned Girl", crowd loves the kid; not sure how I'm feeling about them spandex looking capri pants though... There's rumored to have been an epic dance off between Usher and Chris, but until I see video footage, I'm not buying it... Anyway, check out the clip below.

♫ New Music: Hot Toddy by Usher ft. Jay-Z

When I first heard the name of this song I thought it was a joke gone wrong, but it serious is the name of the song. The song was produced by Polow Da Don, penned by Ester Dean, and I must admit, is catchy. It'll take a little while to fully grow on me, but I'm loving it thus far. This is one of the few songs of of Usher's upcoming album, "Versus". Ciara is featured on the album version of this song, but being that this is a radio rip, no Ci-Ci here. New Video: There Goes My Baby by Usher

After Usher renditioned this song at the BET Awards and I knew that an official video was on the way. The video was directed by Anthony Mandler and the song was written by Rico Love but produced by Jim Jonsin. "There Goes My Baby" will be on Raymond v. Raymond (The Deluxe Edition), which is re-releasing on Aug. 24th and will include 8 new songs. Check out Usher as he shows that being a daddy doesn't stop his sexy.

Hot 97 Summer Jam 2010 Flick Highlights

Here are some pictures from the Hot 97’s annual Summer Jam at the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on Sunday [June 6th]. Unfortunately I was unable to be there first hand, but I heard it was concert was slammin’! There were performances from all sorts of artist: Usher, J. Cole, Ludacris, Trey Songz, Fabolous, Drake, Estelle, etc… Also, thanks to BlogXilla I was able to see some more *interesting photos of the event. Pharrell Parties with Oprah, Usher, Diddy, and Obama

On Monday, post-Met Costume Institute Gala, Oprah Winfrey, Pharrell, Diddy, and Usher all let loose and partied at the New York City’s Mark Hotel. Anna Wintour (Vogue editor) had asked N.E.R.D. to perform at the exclusive event, along with DJ Cassidy, and Katy Perry. That's my kinda of party... but how did Pharrell top that off? well, he spent Cinco de Mayo partying with President Obama...

New Video: Lil Freak by Usher ft. Nicki Minaj

"Lil Freak" by Usher feat. Nicki Minaj, directed by TAJ. I like the video... not solely because it was directed by TAJ but because its a cute video. If I went to the club I would be hella hype attempting to reenact this joint. I know people were expecting something more sexually oriented, but lets be realistic, music videos are meant for television. So what's the point in making a video so adult you can't air it? I was digging the orchestra and Usher's little dance break towards the end. Good video TAJ... Oh and shout out to Nuvo and the deliberate product placement... Get in where you fit in!
